When your active conversations list is full, you will need to end an existing active conversation before you can start something new.
Ending a conversation from the chat
Tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the chat screen to access the menu. From the menu, select the option “end conversation” and then choose a reason from the list that best fits the situation. Once you confirm, the conversation will be removed from your active list.

What happens when I end a conversation?
When you are the one to end the conversation, the other person will receive a closed conversation note.
What happens when someone ends a conversation with me?
- The conversation was in your active list
If they are in your active conversations list, you will see a “closed” badge next to their name. When you click on the item, you will see a note pop up letting you know that the other person has closed the conversation. When you go back to your messages, the conversation will automatically be removed from your active conversation list.
- The conversation was in your queue
If the conversation was in your queue you will see a “closed conversation” note next to the profile image. When you click on the item, you will see a note pop up letting you know that the other person has closed the conversation. When you go back to your messages, the conversation will automatically be removed from your queue.
