Do I need to end conversations?

When I end a conversation, will the other person know the exact reason I selected?

No, the exact reasons are only used internally to help us suggest you better matches in the future. We never let the other person know the exact reason when selecting from the pre-defined list* but we do let them know you've decided to move on so they can move on too. * If you select the reason "Other" you have the option to send a personalised message which will be delivered to the other person.

Can I recover a conversation that I previously ended?

The conversation history is not preserved for either side once the conversation has been closed. If you would like to begin chatting with someone again, you will need to find them in your matches or likes list and start the conversation again.

Why do I see "Declined the conversation" next to someones name?
